For the 2024 model year, there will be a limited-edition variant called the CLA 45 S Edition 1, with only 25 units allocated for the U.S.

The vehicles will arrive at dealerships soon with a confirmed starting price of $82,345, including a $1,150 destination charge, as confirmed by AMG. While the pricing may seem high, the CLA 45 S Edition 1 offers distinctive design enhancements along with several additional features included as standard. These features comprise the AMG Aerodynamics Package, AMG Night Package Plus, and AMG Performance seats.
The vehicles stand out with their distinctive Mountain Gray Magno paint finish, exclusively available from Mercedes' Manufaktur personalization department. Adding to their unique appearance, an AMG logo adorned with a chequered flag pattern adorns the sides, complemented by orange accents throughout the exterior.
Inside, the design theme continues with black microfiber trim accented by orange stitching, creating a dynamic contrast. Red illuminated door sill panels proudly display the AMG logo, while air vents feature an eye-catching orange finish.
Under the hood, no mechanical changes have been implemented. The latest iteration of the CLA 45 S houses a potent 2.0-liter turbo-4 engine, delivering an impressive 416 hp. Power is seamlessly transferred to all four wheels via an AMG-specific all-wheel-drive system, capable of intelligently distributing torque between axles and rear wheels.
Looking ahead, prototypes of the next-generation CLA-Class have been sighted during testing, hinting at a potential debut later this year or early next. This forthcoming model is expected to offer hybrid and electric variants, with AMG also testing its own iteration of the electric CLA-Class.
